About
A contractor that runs the whole job.
OES General Contracting is a value-driven contracting firm in Delta, BC, serving homes, businesses and care facilities across the Lower Mainland.
Who we are
One team instead of five.
We handle permits and inspections, manage the project and coordinate the trades. OES brings in its own people and trusted contractors as each job needs, so a bathroom renovation and a care home that stays open around the repair both get one point of contact.
Our work spans electrical (including EV charger installation), plumbing, HVAC, roofing, windows, drywall, tiling, painting and demolition, plus flood remediation and restoration: water extraction, structural drying and damage repair. We take on large industrial projects, including mass timber construction, as well as custom home improvements, and small-work maintenance and disposal.
Every job is approached with accuracy and expertise, and we aim for long-lasting relationships built on reliability, trust and first-rate service.
Serving Delta and the Lower Mainland.
How we work
One team, start to finish.
Permits and inspections
We handle the permits and inspections where they apply, so you do not have to chase them.
One point of contact
You deal with one team from the first visit to the final walkthrough, not a separate contractor for each trade.
Work we are trusted with
Homes, renovations and long-term projects, and care facilities that stay open while we work.
